Description

Argus Fire Protection is a well-known company with over 40 years’ experience in the fire protection industry. The company covers all aspects, including fire system design, installation and ongoing testing and maintenance. The Christchurch business has gone from strength to strength and prides itself on exceeding its customers’ expectations.

We currently have a position available for an Administrator "super-star" in our Christchurch branch. This is a fast-paced exciting business where the work you do makes a difference. Key Responsibilities

  • Open jobs, allocate & dispatch when required jobs to technicians, monitor and action jobs through to conclusion.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to keep them updated on work in progress or planned. Manage, action and allocate customer enquiries.
  • Raise Purchase orders and invoice jobs, participate in month-end activities regarding close-off and reconciliation.
  • Prepare reports for external and internal clients.
  • Supplier management, including data entry, account reconciliation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for customer relationships and sales activities.
  • Assist team leaders with all Health and Safety activities, including auditing, documentation, and administration. Log and escalate safety and wellness concerns as required

  • Fluent in English, with the ability to interact confidently with others and to actively listen.

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A bias towards proactivity with strong self-motivation.
  • The ability to think independently, be solutions-orientated, and follow through on promises.
  • The demonstrated ability to manage the details & work in a changing and dynamic team environment.
  • Strong process, time-management, and organisational skills.
  • A high level of computer system literacy, including using Microsoft products.
