The Role: We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of door supply. You will be the key point of contact for clients, coordinating between our office team and factory teams to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries, pickups, and shipments
- Communicate with drivers to assign routes and ensure on-time deliveries
- Monitor drivers' progress and provide necessary updates to customers
- Reporting and working closely with the Factory Manager
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and driver information.
- Printing factory sheets, as per the schedule provided
- Scheduling Door Production as per customers required date.
- Collaborate with factory staff to ensure timely manufacture of goods
- Handle customer inquiries and providing ETAs to them.
- Providing shipping details to customers
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
