What will you do?
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a talent for customer service to join our friendly Accounts Receivable team. The key focus of this role is to communicate with residents and their next of kin regarding fees, including:
- Preparing paperwork to send to residents including covering letters and any relevant documentation or information about automatic payments, direct debits or invoices
- Setting up funding for resident care or services
- Communicating with Village staff to follow up on overdue or incorrect paperwork
- Completing month end balance by the deadline given

Who are you?
- Ideally, you have previous experience in an administration role; your attention to detail is second to none, you have impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation, and love working with numbers
