What you’ll be involved in:
- No two days are the same — this role covers a bit of everything, including:
- Keeping the office running smoothly (admin, coordination, organisation)
- Managing accounts admin (entering bills, reconciling, tracking costs)
- Supporting payroll and job tracking
- Maintaining staff training and compliance records
- Sitting in on meetings and keeping key actions on track
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Like being the person who keeps things sorted and moving
- Are naturally organised and detail-driven
- Take ownership and follow things through properly
- Communicate clearly and don’t need to be chased
