You will play an important role in keeping our systems organised, our clients informed, and our properties running smoothly.
This role will initially be 10–12 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role over time as the business continues to expand.
Key responsibilities include:
- General administration and document preparation
- Assisting with tenant and owner communication
- Coordinating maintenance requests and follow-ups
- Data entry and updating property systems
- Preparing routine property management documentation
- Supporting the wider property management team
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised and reliable
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems
- Can manage their time and work independently
- Has a positive attitude and takes initiative
- Has an interest in property (helpful but not essential)
Previous experience in administration or property is beneficial but not required as full training will be provided.
