Description
The role We’re looking for an admin superstar to provide administrative support to the Contract Manager and Road Maintenance team in Selwyn. This is a site-based role in Darfield, with a strong focus on invoicing, timesheets, and Council service requests, alongside general contract administration.
While this role is envisaged as full-time, we’re open to discussing part-time options for the right candidate if preferred. Hours and work pattern are flexible by agreement, subject to operational requirements.
You’ll be responsible for managing documents, communication, invoicing, and reporting, and will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the contract. Your
Key responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the contract
*
Process and manage invoices, payments, and supporting financial systems
*
Manage and check timesheets
*
Log, track, and respond to Council service requests
*
Compile reports and meeting minutes
About you
*
Office administration experience (intermediate level)
*
Experience in construction or infrastructure is advantageous
*
Familiarity with RAMM Contractor or similar systems would be helpful, but is not required
*
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
