Description

Location: Preferably Feilding / Manawatu but would consider Remote.

Hours: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week

The Role: We are a fast-paced repairs and maintenance business looking for a proactive coordinator to own our daily office workflows.

This role is perfect for a sharp, "no-nonsense" administrator who enjoys variety and wants a role that can evolve as the business grows.

​Key Responsibilities: ​* Managing high-volume email and lead inquiries. ​* Qualifying leads over the phone and booking site visits. ​* Coordinating team calendars and appointments. ​* Managing invoicing and basic bookkeeping.

​Skills & Experience: ​* Communication: Confident phone manner and clear professional writing.

  • Proactive & reliable: You don’t wait for a "to-do" list; you see what needs to be done and get it done.
  • SimPRO & Xero: Previous experience is preferred (but we will train the right person).

​Growth Opportunity: We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. As our team expands, there is a clear opportunity for the right person to transition into a Project Manager role, overseeing jobs from the first call to final sign-off.
