Location: Preferably Feilding / Manawatu but would consider Remote.
Hours: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week
The Role: We are a fast-paced repairs and maintenance business looking for a proactive coordinator to own our daily office workflows.
This role is perfect for a sharp, "no-nonsense" administrator who enjoys variety and wants a role that can evolve as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities: * Managing high-volume email and lead inquiries. * Qualifying leads over the phone and booking site visits. * Coordinating team calendars and appointments. * Managing invoicing and basic bookkeeping.
Skills & Experience: * Communication: Confident phone manner and clear professional writing.
- Proactive & reliable: You don’t wait for a "to-do" list; you see what needs to be done and get it done.
- SimPRO & Xero: Previous experience is preferred (but we will train the right person).
