Description
We’re a local electrical company looking for an all-round administration superstar – someone who is proactive, tech-savvy and detail oriented. This role supports the everyday running of our main office, working closely with our staff, clients, and the Managing Director. If you have experience in office administration, can work well in fast paced environments, and love tackling new challenges, this could be the perfect role for you.
What the job looks like:
- Managing customer queries through email and phone calls.
- Loading our team onto jobs and organising their schedules.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure urgent jobs are delivered on time.
What we’re looking for someone who:
- Is a Champion of Microsoft Office 365 and all its applications.
- Has experience with Outlook, including proficient calendar and email management.
- Can easily navigate job management software.
- Has excellent organisation skills, including with document and file management.
- Is reliable, punctual and full of integrity. It’s essential that this person upholds all the company values.
