Pure Homes is a design-led residential construction company based in Palmerston North, delivering high-quality, architecturally considered transportable homes across multiple regions.
We are seeking a highly organised and capable Project / Administration Lead to work directly alongside our Director in our office.
This role sits at the centre of our operations, supporting the coordination of architecturally designed residential projects from enquiry through to delivery. It is a diverse position suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to moving parts while working with great clients and high-quality projects.
About the Role
You will sit at the centre of daily operations, supporting project coordination, administration and client communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing draft quotations using company templates
- Collating pricing and supplier information
- Tracking project milestones and progress
- Recording structured meeting notes
- Managing follow-ups and action lists
- Maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems
- Supporting scheduling and workflow coordination
- Assisting with client enquiries and communication
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and efficiencies
This role is varied. It requires someone who can think ahead, stay organised, and adapt as the business evolves.
About You

- Legal or accounting administration
- Corporate operations
- Or another structured office environment
Industry experience is helpful, but not essential.

An interest in architecture, design or high-end residential projects would be a bonus.

Approx. 27–30 hours per week
Indicative hours: 9:00am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
