About the Role

This is an exciting role in our organisation ensuring that a high-quality administration service is provided for Allied health team, Physiotherapy, Occupation Health, Social Work, CART, Speech Language, Dietitians.

This role is primarily accountable for:

  • Administration support to Allied Health (Physiotherapy, Occupation Health, Social Work, CART, Speech Language, Dietitians.) This could include processing referrals before and after triage.
  • To provide a high-quality reception service to all patients and visitors to the Allied Health service.
  • Supporting in FPIM and Data queries as well as keeping an up to date excel spreadsheets as required.
  • Supporting Patient Scheduler in Allied Health with queries and possible follow up appointments.

This role is varied and needs someone that can work well in a large team and remain friendly and helpful at all times.
