Join our small, passionate team at a family-owned craft brewery based in Stoke, Nelson. We’re looking for a hands-on team player to support both our sales and finance functions. About the Role/Roles Fixed Term /Permanent A varied support role working across sales admin, stock coordination, and finance. You'll process customer orders, manage invoicing, assist with reporting, and help keep operations running smoothly across the business.
Key Tasks:
- Process orders and coordinate dispatch
- Create invoices and maintain accurate records
- Support monthly sales and stock reporting
- Support accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations
- Help with cash flow, expenses, and month-end tasks
About You:
- Experience in sales admin, finance, or a similar dual-role environment
- Confident with Xero, Excel, Cin7 or a similar CRM is a plus
- Organised, detail-focused, and a strong communicator
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Appreciation for independent business and craft beer a bonus!
