Location: Trafalgar Painting – Port Nelson Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm Rate: Negotiable based on experience
Trafalgar Painting is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Officer to join our team. This role is office-based and focused on the day-to-day administration and financial processing that keeps the business running smoothly.
This position suits someone who is methodical, reliable, and confident managing office systems independently.
Key Responsibilities: -Managing incoming and outgoing office communications -Processing weekly timesheets and preparing payroll -Managing accounts payable and receivable -Invoicing completed works -Maintaining accurate records within Xero -Managing office systems, filing, and documentation -Maintaining a tidy, organised, and professional office environment
Key Skills & Experience:
-Previous experience in an administration or accounts role -Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential) -High attention to detail and accuracy -Ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines -Confident handling confidential and financial information -Strong organisational and time management skills
