NZ Coating Services Limited is a busy marine and industrial painting company operating across New Zealand. We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team and help support our day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can stay on top of multiple tasks, and is happy working in a fast-paced trade environment.
About the Role This is a part-time office-based role with flexibility around days and hours for the right person. We require a minimum of 2 in-office days per week, with some flexibility to work alongside our current admin team member.
Approximate duties include: *Processing and checking timesheets *Assisting with job costings and data entry *Managing and organizing workwear/PPE and overalls *Keeping the storeroom and office areas organized *Accepting and processing incoming jobs/work requests *General office administration and support *Assisting management with operational/admin tasks as required
What We’re Looking For *Previous administration experience preferred *Experience with Xero is beneficial but not essential *Strong organization and time management skills *Good communication skills *Comfortable working in a trade/industrial environment *Ability to work independently and use initiative *Positive attitude and willingness to learn
