Office Admin Support
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administration professional to join our team and support the smooth running of our business at McLean Orchards (McLFruit).
This is a diverse role where you’ll work across accounts, HR, payroll, and compliance functions within a busy horticultural operation. You’ll play a key role in keeping our systems accurate, our records up to date, and our business running efficiently.
We’re after someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully on-site, office-based role, and you’ll be a key point of contact for both internal teams and external enquiries. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and financial administration
- Maintaining compliance records and supporting audit requirements
- Providing HR administration support, including maintaining employee records and documentation
- Assisting with staff-related logistics, including accommodation coordination
- Providing general administrative and office support to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in administration, accounts, payroll, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and payroll or financial systems
- Good understanding of compliance systems would be advantage
- A confident communicator who builds trust and works well with others
- Someone with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment

This role is approximately 30 hours per week based in Lower Moutere, working hours can be negotiated to suit both the needs of the business and the successful applicant.
