Description
We are a growing exterior cleaning business looking for a reliable, organized and professional Admin/Customer service coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, keeping things organized, and helping a busy service-based business run smoothly.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a professional and positive experience from the first enquiry through to job completion. You will assist with answering calls and social media messages, booking jobs, preparing quotes, following up quotes, managing the schedule, and supporting the day-to-day administration of the business.
Key responsibilities:
Customer communication - Answering phone calls, emails enquiries, and online enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Booking & Scheduling Jobs - Book and manage the job schedule and coordinate with technicians.
Quotes and Follow Ups - Prepare or assist with quotes, follow up with leads, and help convert enquiries into bookings.
General Administration - Maintain customer records, send out invoices, Xero reconciliation, update job details, and support daily office tasks. Upload photos to our social media pages and occasionally travel onsite to take photos of the team in action.
Team Support - Communicate jobs clearly with the cleaning team and assist with workflow organization.
The strong applicant will be confident in communication with customers, have strong attention to detail, and be confident using basic computer systems. Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, scheduling or a trades/service business would be highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willing less to learn are also important.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, well-spoken, organized and proactive.
You should be able to multitask, work under pressure and take pride in your work.

Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm, with possibility of increased hours.
Hourly rate discussed in interview.
