What You’ll Be Doing Responding to client and agent enquiries via phone and email Preparing quotes and entering reservations with precision Allocating bookings in advance to driver-guides and vehicles—ensuring the right guide and the right vehicle are matched to the right guest, so we’re putting our best foot forward 100% of the time Making sure the team is well-supported with everything they need to deliver an exceptional experience—run sheets, itineraries, signage and special requirements Communicating clearly, solving problems, and helping the whole operation run smoothly from behind the scenes
You’ll Be Great At This If You Have: Experience in reservations, logistics, or tourism operations (or transferable admin/customer service roles) A confident and professional phone and email manner Strong digital skills (Google Workspace, Outlook, or similar) Great judgement and attention to detail A solutions-first mindset, even under pressure A quiet, dedicated home workspace Eligibility to work in New Zealand
