We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Client Coordinator to join our supportive office team in Invercargill. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm), where you’ll be a key part of keeping our office running smoothly.
About the role
As our Client Coordinator, you’ll be providing essential support to our team, including handling reception duties as part of your day-to-day role. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, general office upkeep, entering listings, ordering property documents, preparing meeting rooms and auction setups, and handling general administrative tasks. You’ll also provide backup support across property management and the admin team when needed. A good sense of humor and a positive attitude are important, as you’ll be an integral part of our team culture. Training will be available.
