Description
This is a varied position that plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be working closely with our drivers, operators, and management team to coordinate jobs, support daily dispatch, and assist with general office tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily dispatch and job allocation
- Communicating with drivers, operators, and customers
- Supporting scheduling and workflow coordination
- Data entry and maintaining accurate job records
- General office administration duties About You:
- Motivated with a strong willingness to learn
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Knowledge of MyTrucking and Xero is preferred but not essential What We Offer:
