Looking for a flexible part-time role where you can stay organised, support a great team, and be part of one of Southland's most iconic attractions?
We're looking for a reliable and friendly Administrator to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at Bill Richardson Transport World.
In this varied and hands-on position, you'll provide general administrative support across the business. Your day might include:
- Entering data and keeping records accurate and up to date
- Filing, scanning, and managing documents
- Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and everyday admin tasks
- Supporting scheduling, emails, and internal communication
- Lending a hand to managers and the wider team when needed
No two days are the same, and your support will make a real difference to how the business operates.
You'll be someone who:
- Enjoys being organised and has great attention to detail
- Is confident using computers and everyday office systems
- Is reliable, trustworthy, and manages their time well
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is happy to pitch in and support others
Previous administration experience is helpful, but not essential we're more interested in your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
