Location: Office at Manuka Street, Taupō Hours: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (30 hours per week) Salary $65,000 per year FTE.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This role offers excellent work-life balance, full training, and an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
About the Role: You’ll provide vital support to our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
- Offering administrative assistance to the team.
- Carrying out sales data analysis.
- Actioning on-the-market and sold property processes.
- Ordering marketing campaigns.
- Managing job entries, updates, and maintenance of records.
- Responding to emails.
- Checking and recording invoices.
What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will bring:
- Great computer skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other IT tools.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy, literacy and precision are a must.
- Positive attitude: A can-do mindset and proactive approach.
