Customer Service Administrator

$55,000 – $60,000 (pro rata) | 6-month fixed term (potential to go permanent)

We’re a fast-growing electrical and solar company based in Paraparaumu (working across the wider Wellington region), and we need a sharp, organised administrator to help us keep up with demand.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right in the middle of the action—managing enquiries, keeping jobs moving, and supporting a busy team across both our electrical and solar divisions.

The Role:

30 hours/week to start (potential to grow to 40) Flexible across 4–5 days + start and finish times can be negotiated Option to work from home 1–2 days/week Supportive, tight-knit family business Social club + great team culture Paid birthday off

Key responsibilities:

Answering phones and managing customer enquiries Email communication and booking jobs Quote and invoice follow-ups Payroll and general admin support Fleet coordination and team support

About You:

Confident on the phone and great with people Highly organised and efficient Able to juggle tasks and pivot quickly Proactive with strong attention to detail Ideally experienced in admin (trades experience a bonus)
