Office Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our small, close-knit team. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys a busy environment, thrives on multitasking, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

About the Role

You’ll be the backbone of our office operations, providing day-to-day administrative support while working closely with our warehouse team. No two days are the same — from managing office systems to occasionally helping in the pick-and-pack area during peak periods.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 12pm (Monday is 6:30am start), finish times may vary)

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and support
  • Data entry and document management using Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Invoicing, payments, and accounts support using Xero
  • Emails, phone calls, and customer/supplier liaison
  • Supporting warehouse and operations teams as required
  • Assisting in the warehouse pick/pack area during high-volume periods

About You

  • Has proven experience in office or administration roles
  • Is confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Has experience with Xero (or the ability to pick it up quickly)
  • Enjoys variety and can adapt to changing priorities
  • Is organised, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Is flexible with finish times when workloads require
  • Is comfortable working closely with warehouse staff and helping when needed
  • Enjoys being part of a small team where everyone pitches in
