We’re looking for a confident, design-savvy Business Support Coordinator to support a busy creative studio and contribute directly to its brand, bids, and marketing output. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys producing polished visual work and being part of a dynamic, collaborative environment.

About the Role This role blends studio support with hands-on involvement in visual communication and brand presentation. You’ll be the welcoming face of the Wellington studio and play a key part in how the organisation presents itself across bids, marketing collateral, and digital channels.

You will:

  • Provide warm, professional front-of-house support
  • Format and coordinate bids and submissions
  • Lead or support layout and visual design using established templates
  • Produce high-quality marketing material (brochures, capability documents, presentations, flyers)
  • Assist with website updates, digital content, and social media
  • Support photography coordination and project storytelling
  • Assist with internal events, staff functions, and client gatherings
  • Contribute to general studio support where needed

About You You’re a confident communicator with strong visual judgement and an eye for detail. You enjoy working in a creative environment and take pride in producing polished, professional work. You are someone who:

  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Has strong visual communication skills
  • Enjoys creating engaging visual and digital content
  • Builds strong relationships and represents the studio well
  • Brings initiative and works well independently and collaboratively
  • May have experience in graphic design, visual communication, brand, marketing, or social media

Skills & Experience Essential:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite

Advantageous:

  • Experience creating or scheduling social media content
  • Familiarity with photography or visual storytelling
