About the Role: Contract Administrator We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our Greymouth team. This role combines administration, contract support and front-of-house duties to ensure efficient office operations and smooth delivery of project administration across our local projects. The successful candidate will be organised, customer-focused and comfortable working in a busy site-facing office environment, supporting project teams, subcontractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception duties including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and emails, and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence.
- Support contract administration tasks such as preparing and issuing correspondence, managing variations, and ensuring records are up to date.
- Assist with invoice processing, purchase order administration and basic accounts reconciliation in coordination with the finance team.
- Provide general office support including stationery management, equipment liaison and organising courier/warehouse tasks as required.
Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in administration, reception or contract support, ideally within construction, civil or related industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning project management or contract administration systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors and clients.
- Customer-focused attitude, reliable, and proactive problem-solver.
