Database support
JDJL Limited
Listing Description
Description
We have an opening for a part-time, 20 hours per week in-office role to keep our residential property auction database up-to-date and current. (WFH not available for this job.)
This is a data entry position that requires accuracy and timeliness. The flow of items to process varies; it can be slow at times, very pressured at others.
It can be up to an four-hours per day role, generally between 10am to 2pm. But if the work flow requires, it may need to run until later. Our readers, users and journalists expect this data to be fully up-to-date all the time. (We do have some emergency backup available.)
You will need good keyboard skills. And you will need to be comfortable working in an open office. More importantly, you must have a good understanding of New Zealand's urban geography, and housing market structure.
We will train you. The role starts in July 2026. There may be other similar activities required to be undertaken over time.
You must be a citizen or permanent resident. And a non-smoker/non-vaper. The role is in Herne Bay, Auckland.
