The following position is available:
(1) Entry level bookings coordinator with the Interpreting services team
The Project Coordinator role shall start on Monday 5 January 2026 at our Riccarton head office. Full time for 6 months to start with. Five days a week. 7 hours a day. 9:30am - 5:00pm with 1 month's paid training to start with.
The role involves collaborating with over 2,000 language professionals to manage their booking schedule and appointments with clients. This includes setting up work and allocating it to contractors following a detailed quality management workflow process for which extensive training will be provided.
The successful candidates will have excellent native English, meticulous data entry skills and be motivated to take on all aspects of training. You will spend a lot of time on the phone and connecting with our language professionals building up the relationship and negotiating assignments.
