About the Role

We're looking for an organised, reliable person to join our team in a hands-on Operations & Administration Assistant role.

This position starts at a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as workload and capability allow.

You'll support a busy business across customer service, administration, logistics, finance support, and general office operations. No two days are exactly the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and likes helping keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer and online orders
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Assisting with invoicing and general finance administration
  • Supporting logistics and warehouse coordination
  • Managing office administration tasks
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and record keeping
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating service bookings
  • Providing general support to the wider team
  • Occasional assistance with light production and warehouse administration tasks

About You

You will be:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • Confident using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
  • A strong communicator with a positive attitude
  • Keen to learn and take ownership of your work

Previous experience in administration, customer service, logistics, finance support, bookkeeping, or office coordination would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role would suit someone returning to the workforce, looking for flexible part-time work, or seeking a varied role within a growing New Zealand business.
