We are working with our client to find a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional for an essential Order Entry and Administration role.

The Role In this position, you aren’t just "entering data"—you are the engine room of the supply chain. You will manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders, ensuring that every detail is captured correctly to keep the wheels of our client moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Precision Order Entry: Accurately inputting high volumes of orders into our systems with a "right first time" mindset.
  • General Administration: Managing documentation and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Using your initiative to resolve discrepancies and keep workflows on track.
  • Ownership: Working with a high degree of autonomy to manage your daily desk and priorities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Meticulous Accuracy: You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in the quality of your work.
  • System Savvy: Strong proficiency in administrative software and the ability to learn new ERP systems quickly.
  • Independence: You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micro-managed to hit deadlines. ** Ag Experience (Bonus): Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or agriculture is highly regarded but not essential.
