Data Entry Administrator (Fixed Term)

About the Role We are seeking a Data Entry Administrator to join our team on a full time fixed term contract until 31 March 2027 supporting our team with accurate data entry and administrative tasks.

Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm (Part time 32–40 hours may be considered) Location: Hutt Central Lower Hutt

• Strong communicator who can build positive working relationships
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive accurate and confident with numbers and data
• Competent user of Microsoft Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• Willing to learn adapt and support the team as needed

Key Duties

This busy and varied role includes:

• Entering financial and administrative data accurately
• Managing documents records and system updates
• Processing invoices receipts and account information
