About the role:

My Picture Perfect Life is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, senior administrator, or project coordinator who wants to apply their transferable skills in a structured, professional digital role.

This position is designed for professionals with strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills who enjoy working independently within clear systems and processes. While this is not a traditional EA or admin role, it offers a performance-driven, structured environment where your expertise has impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating and supporting the delivery of structured digital programmes
  • Managing schedules, documentation, and content workflows
  • Applying existing administrative, organisational, and project skills to modern digital systems
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy, discretion, and follow-through
  • Contributing to process improvements and system optimisation

About you This role will suit you if you have:

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, senior administrator, or similar high-responsibility role
  • Strong transferable skills in organisation, coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Confidence working independently within defined processes
  • High standards of professionalism, initiative, and discretion
  • An interest in applying your experience in a modern digital environment
