Household & Lifestyle Assistant (Part-Time) - Remuera, Auckland

We’re a busy, health-conscious professional couple based in Remuera looking for an organised, proactive Household & Lifestyle Assistant to help our home run smoothly.
We have 18-month-old twins and a nanny, so this role is less about childcare and more about helping behind the scenes to keep life organised, healthy, and stress-free.
We’re ideally looking for someone studying (or interested in) nutrition, health, wellness, or similar - someone who genuinely enjoys meal prep, organisation, and bringing order to busy lives.
What the role might include:
- Grocery shopping and stocking weekly essentials
- Healthy meal prep and snacks for our family
- General household organisation and tidying projects (think Marie Kondo vibes!)
- Laundry, bedding, dishwasher, light household resets between cleaner visits
- Running errands and helping with day-to-day life admin
- Selling items on Facebook Marketplace
- Helping unpack and reset the house after holidays or work trips
For the right person, the role could also evolve to include some personal assistant tasks such as diary management, bookings, travel coordination, or light business/social media support.
About you:
- Organised, proactive, and naturally tidy
- Love healthy food, meal prep, and wellness
- Great attention to detail and take initiative
- Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible
- Happy helping wherever needed
- Full driver’s licence and own car (fuel costs covered)
The details:
- Approx. 10-20 hours per week
- Flexible hours to fit around study or other commitments
- Ideally available for at least 12 months
- Occasional weekend flexibility would be amazing
- Based in Remuera - ideally you live within a 10-15 minute drive
