We are looking for a proactive, organised individual who pays attention to detail, to join the office of the CEO. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and being an important part of a busy office, and who can adapt to the changing deadlines and priorities of a busy team.
About the role:
In this role, you'll provide executive administrative support to the Office of the CEO, working with the EA to the CEO and EA to the Mayor.
Part of this role, incorporates designated executive support to our Kaihautū who manages the Te Kāhui Hononga (Māori Partnership Team), assisting with coordination across their many and varied kaupapa, an interest in Te Ao Māori would be a benefit.
Although the main focus of the role is supporting the Office of the CEO there are development opportunities too, including supporting other Group Manager areas, covering for other Executive Assistants during busy periods or extended period of leave.
About you:
You are organised, proactive and enjoy keeping things running smoothly. You are comfortable handling a variety of tasks, pitching in where needed and taking pride in delivering high quality executive support. You are a natural team player with a friendly, helpful approach with a sharp eye for detail.
