Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO. This is a pivotal role requiring strong communication and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a high quality executive assistant service to the CEO.
• Provide support to other teams as required to ensure continuity of operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

• An administrative qualification would be an advantage, but consideration will be given to previous experience in administrative roles.
• Competence in Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• At least two years previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a kaupapa Maori health service setting.
