We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the administrative task and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. This is an office based role and therefore Monday to Friday availability is crucial.
Position-Office Manager Location-Auckland City Pay Rate - $24 Hours of Work-30 to 40 hours per week
Some of your duties would include:
- Manage complete planning of office services for the company
- Ensure office staff is allocated to daily jobs and monitor their performance
- Schedule meetings and appointments with third parties to review and discuss on the progress of contracts
- Manage contracts and price negotiations
- Handling any orders, queries and complaints if any
- Ensure jobs/logs are in the system accurately
- Liaise with any third parties where required to ensure smooth workflow and to ensure that customer jobs are completed on time
- Manage all office documents and records competently
- Order any office stationery and equipment’s as often as required
- Be responsible for all accounts receivable and payable
- Manage and keep record of the office budget, ensure everything is accurate and reported in timely manner
- Managing the recruitment, contracts, training and supervision of staff
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationary, hardware and travel arrangements)
- Ensure all staff understands the health and safety requirements.
Requirements for the role shall be:
- At least 3 years of experience or Level 4 or higher qualification
- Be good with numbers
- Be able to work independently in the office
- Have attention to detail
We are looking for reliable Courier Drivers to join our growing team.
Position-Courier Driver x3 Location-Auckland City Pay Rate-$24 Hours of Work-30 to 40 hours per week (weekend work compulsory)
Some of your duties would include:
- Work out the appropriate delivery routes
- Performing visual checks on the vehicle to ensure it is safe to drive
- Loading goods and packages onto the vehicle
- Securing the goods and packages to prevent any damage in transit
- Delivering goods and packages to their destination
- Follow all health and safety standards while loading and unloading the courier vehicle
- In case of emergency follow all procedures as provided by the company
- Inform the company and emergency services in case of emergency
- Follow good customer services practices at all times
Requirements for the role shall be:
- Valid and clean driver's license
- A clear criminal record
- Be able to lift to a maximum of 25 kg
- Be physically fit
- Good communication and time management skills
- Be able to work in any/all weather conditions.
- Previous experience would be beneficial but not essential.
