About the role Based in our Auckland CBD office, you will be responsible for the operational heartbeat of the northern region business, ensuring our consultants and leaders can stay focused on performance and delivery.
Duties
- Coordinating daily office operations within a recruitment agency environment
- Managing and supporting two direct reports in New Zealand and one offshore team member
- Overseeing office processes, systems, and workflows
- Managing suppliers, facilities, and office services
- Acting as a central point of contact for the office
- Ensuring the office remains professional, organised, and welcoming
- Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operational and administrative support
Skills & experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Administrator
- Previous experience within recruitment, professional services, or similar fast-paced environments
- Confident managing and coordinating small teams
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Available to commit to a 6-week assignment from 1 June
