Part-Time Administrator – Join a Passionate Automotive Team Real Rides is a well-established custom vehicle restoration workshop based in Silverdale, North Auckland. We specialise in bringing classic and custom vehicles to life, and we’re looking for a capable, organised administrator to support our growing team. This is a part-time, office-based role working 6 per day, Monday to Friday.
About the Role You’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations—keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting both our team and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- General administration and reception duties
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing
- End-of-month reporting, including GST returns
What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who is not only experienced, but also proactive and takes pride in their work. Key skills and experience:
- Solid experience using Xero and Xero Payroll (or similar system)
- Experience with WorkflowMax (highly advantageous however training can be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- A positive, can-do attitude
Other Requirements
- Full driver’s licence
- NZ citizenship, residency, or a valid NZ work visa

Remuneration is negotiable based on experience. A 90-day trial period applies.
