We have a security company and are looking for Managers and Analysts to give us the continuous support and extended growth for our company.

Position: Contract Manager Hours of work: 30 per week. Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Duties Involve: - Reviewing the current customer contracts and services and plan changes where necessary - Suggest to director the required changes and work towards developing and negotiating a new contract where necessary - Deal with customers directly when negotiating and solving any of their enquiries - Any issues with such negotiation is to be discussed with the Ops Manager and Director and reviewed and implemented as necessary - Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate and stored and retrieved as necessary - Liaise with the Ops Manager and ensure that work is efficiently completed as per the negotiated contract - Be the first point of contact for customers for any grievances if any - Review the work of staff on various sites and check with Ops Manager where necessary - Making monthly reports on the company work and reporting to Director - Analyzing any issues as they arise and plan and develop ways to attract and retain customer contracts

Ideally you shall have: - Background in any administration role - String work ethics - Strong organizational & communication skills - Willing to learn company policies and procedures - Professional, discreet, and diplomatic manner with proven relationship management skills

Position: IT Analyst Hours of work: 30 per week. Pay Rate: $25 per hour

The role involves analyzing business needs to create a system by understanding needs, monitor performance, conduct maintenance and upgrades, and continually adjust systems to improve functionality.

Duties Include: Collecting Business requirements Evaluate system and softwares Identify issues with the IT system if any Reporting and data analysis system testing and implementation support
