THE GIG:

This multi-faceted role will see you ensuring smooth, compliant and efficient operational success by supporting management and being the 'go-to' person for the team. You will flex your financial skills to keep on top of invoicing, follow up on POs and co-ordinate/verify team time logs for payroll. You will ensure all vehicles are compliant with WOF, RUCs and regos, keep on top of ordering new fuel cards or setting up new credit accounts with suppliers. Maintaining H&S records and documents are up to scratch, and making sure enquiries go to the right manager.

In your wheelhouse is essentially taking ownership and holding others accountable, as well as other admin tasks such as taking and circulating meeting minutes after weekly meetings. Being flexible to support the GM and Managing Director for anything that comes up through the week is essential. If you enjoy having a laugh, variety, and being organised across all business activities, you will thrive here!

This is a part time role which would suit parents hours. Monday to Friday, 8.30-3pm. Fun Fact, the client also have a party bus, and each year run a golf day and charity convoy with trucks so some extra community work is an option. Fill the cup by giving back and putting smiles on dials!

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF:

  • Experience in a similar role a must - this NOT an entry level role
  • Knowledge of systems such as Xero, VWorks and iPayroll is advantageous
  • Experience or understanding of the Civil Construction industry a huge bonus
  • Meticulous nature with attention to detail
  • Positive, flexible attitude
  • Pro-active, organised team player
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Have two solid references
