The successful applicant will report to the Directors and need a strong commercial background with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
A background in hospitality would be ideal.
This is a part-time position for approximately 20 hours per week but would suit someone
who has the flexibility to cover variations within the catering industry.
Start date late January or early February.
The role is varied and will include the following
- Develop financial management systems and Implement change where necessary.
- A strong working knowledge of MYOB.
- Payroll. Full end-to-end payroll processing
- Budget forecasts
- Accurate and time driven financial reports. Profit and Loss, KPI’s etc.
- Cash flow management
- Accounts Payable, checking, processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Accounts Receivable, invoicing and credit management
- Bank account reconciliations
- All end of month procedures
- All Tax requirements
- Liaise with external company accountants in relation to financial matters
- Manage any IT issues in conjunction with external IT contractors
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Other various administration duties as required
