Experienced Office Assistant (Part-Time – 15 Hours per Week)
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis - this could turn in to a full time role for the right person.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with customers, and experienced in managing office processes from enquiry through to invoicing.
Key responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries (phone and email)
Job scheduling and tracking
Preparing and sending invoices
Maintaining accurate records and job information
General administrative support as required
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in an office or administration role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident using office systems and invoicing software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
