We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hutt City facility. If you excel in customer service and sales, have a proactive attitude, and enjoy working in a sole charge environment, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

• Managing daily branch operations
• Delivering exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Processing invoices and payments using our digital systems
• Maintaining a clean, well-presented facility
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Strong communication skills across diverse social and cultural backgrounds
• Excellent administration and organisational abilities
• Reliable, professional, and results-driven
• Well-presented with a positive attitude
• 40 hours per week – Saturday is essential. Extra hours available if desired
