Maree Hynes Interiors – Systems Co-Ordinator

We are looking for an individual to run our Quoting Systems. You will be preparing quotes from information provided from plans and measurements. You will need to be able to look after workflow from the initial quote to the finished job, keeping the whole system flowing. You need to be a confident, motivated, mature individual who is good with figures, calculating formulas, preparing quotes, and organising workloads. You may not have worked in the industry, but if you can retain information, are skilled with numbers and have computing knowledge then you have what we are looking for.

This is a varied role suited to someone who loves interiors, enjoys working with people, and helping our clients.

About you:

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent with numbers and transactions

Well presented and professional and punctual

Excellent computer skills and quick to learn new systems

Reliable, organised, and a great team player

Must be able to work two Saturdays a month.
