THE ROLE: We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Dispatch Co-ordinator to work alongside our current Sales Co-ordinator and Dispatch Co-ordinators. This is a varied, hands on role where you'll learn all aspects of each of the departments, providing support and backup as required.
The Day Shift role is full time with a pay range of $27 - $31 per hour depending on skills and experience. Hours to be discussed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Supporting sales and providing excellent customer service
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Ideally you will have:
- 2+ years in a sales and/or dispatch role in a manufacturing industry.
- Sound written, numeracy and computer skills.
- The ability to prioritise and work well in a team.
- Forklift skills will be an advantage but not essential.
- You'll also have a positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to undertake work in a safe and efficient way to ensure our health and safety, quality standards and production requirements are met.
