Description
We are seeking a Receptionist at Global Linings Ltd to assist our Administration Team.
We’re an interiors construction company with a busy office, a great team vibe, and plenty happening every day. We’re on the hunt for a Receptionist who’s friendly, switched-on, and ready to be the welcoming face of our business.
Key responsibilities within the role are;
- Welcoming visitors and managing sign-ins
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Supporting administrative tasks across the business
- Coordination of invoices through the business departments
- Maintaining meeting rooms, office supplies, and a tidy reception area
- Assisting with scheduling, documents, and general team support
- Coordinating couriers, deliveries, and mail
- Providing ad-hoc support to management and project teams

What We’re Looking For;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, approachable, and confident manner
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel; familiar with digital systems)
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, construction-related environment
