Role Focus: Salon Receptionist You’ll be the face and voice of the salon, ensuring every client interaction is warm, professional, and seamless.

Key Responsibilities *Answer phone calls and respond to client enquiries *Manage bookings and appointment schedules *Greet and assist walk-in clients *Handle paperwork, client records, and general admin *Support smooth day-to-day salon operations *Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area *Assist the team with front-of-house tasks as needed
