About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team at William Sanders Retirement Village, Devonport as a Receptionist. This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
As the welcoming face of our village, you’ll enjoy a varied and people-focused role, where no two days are the same. Your day will include:
- Greeting visitors warmly and helping them find what they need
- Responding to phone calls in a courteous, professional manner
- Assisting residents, families, and visitors with general enquiries
- Supporting the smooth running of the village with administration tasks
- Contributing to a positive, helpful environment for residents and colleagues
- Working closely with a supportive team who are always willing to help
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organised, and being part of a team that values great service.
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
- Experience in a customer facing role, with a reliable, friendly and professional manner
- Strong empathy and warmth
- Outstanding communication skills
- Thrive in a busy environment
