Reception & Operations Assistant

Sensual Relax is seeking a reliable, discreet, and well presented receptionist to join our friendly team on Karangahape Road.

This is a key front of house role suited to someone calm under pressure, organised, and comfortable working in a mature, professional environment.

About the Role You will be the first point of contact for clients and responsible for keeping both reception and massage rooms running smoothly during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting clients in a warm, professional manner
• Managing bookings and phone enquiries
• Processing payments and handling cash
• Opening/closing and setup of massage rooms
• General cleaning and presentation of rooms and common areas
• Laundry management including towels and linens
• Monitoring and restocking oils, consumables, and supplies
• Basic stocktakes and inventory reporting
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
• Supporting daily operational tasks and admin
• Handling client concerns calmly and professionally

Availability Requirements

• Must be available for a mix of day and night shifts
• Must be available weekends (mandatory)
• Shifts may run as late as 1am
• Hours are variable and will be discussed with the successful applicant

About You

• Reliable and punctual
• Well presented and professional
• Strong communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and good conflict resolution skills
• Confident using computers and office systems
• Familiar with Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Docs
• Comfortable in an adult industry environment
• Practical and happy to be hands on with cleaning and setup
• Able to stay calm and think clearly when busy
• High attention to detail
