We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable person to join our clinic team in a part-time Front of House / Reception role.
This is a fixed-term position covering for maternity leave to assist with clinic operations and administration support through to 30 November 2026.
About the Role This role is a key part of the day-to-day operation of the clinic and involves:
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Managing bookings and scheduling
- Answering phones and responding to enquiries
- Processing payments and insurance-related administration
- Maintaining smooth front desk operations
- Supporting clinicians with general administrative and organisational tasks
- Helping maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
What We’re Looking For: The ideal applicant will
- Have strong communication and people skills
- Be organised and detail-oriented
- Be confident using computers and booking systems
- Be able to multitask in a busy clinic environment
- Present professionally and communicate well with clients
- Work well independently and within a team
Previous reception, healthcare, customer service, or administration experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to help are equally important.
