You’ll work closely with the owner and support a team of electricians, helping keep jobs organised and customers informed. This is the first time we’ve created this position, so there will be some shaping of the role as we go — your input will genuinely matter.
A big part of the job is taking the day-to-day operational load off the owner (calls, scheduling, updates, organisation) so he can focus on planning, quoting and supporting the technicians.
This role suits someone who enjoys organising people, improving systems, and quietly keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Answering calls and logging jobs
Coordinating daily & weekly schedules
Supporting electricians with job details
Ordering and tracking materials
Customer communication and updates
Checking job notes, times & materials
Assisting with H&S documentation
General office administration
Gradual involvement in quoting and invoicing support
