Description

Hobsonville Physiotherapy is a busy, well-established healthcare clinic in Auckland’s North West. We have a large multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, an acupuncturist, a massage therapist, and a busy in-house podiatry service – Hobsonville Podiatry. We are known for providing high-quality care and excellent patient experiences within the local community.

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and capable Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to support our team and be the first point of contact for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front desk reception and patient support for both physiotherapy and podiatry services
  • Booking, rebooking, and managing appointments
  • Answering phones, emails, and voicemails
  • Processing patient payments and invoicing
  • Accurate entry of patient details and clinical documentation
  • Managing ACC claims and ACC45 forms - Liaising with ACC and private insurers
  • Using Gensolve (Hobsonville Physiotherapy)
  • Using Cliniko (Hobsonville Podiatry)
  • Southern Cross Easy-Claiming
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Maintaining a clean, professional reception area

Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous experience in medical or allied health reception preferred
  • Strong ACC knowledge essential
  • Experience with Gensolve and/or Cliniko highly advantageous
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy clinic environment
  • Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
